Mounting Instructions:

  1. Find highest mounting point on wellhead for transmitter with line of sight to receiver.
  2. Remove one side of the yellow bracket from the transmitter enclosure mounting post.
  3. Place transmitter enclosure on mounting point and reattach yellow bracket to post of transmitter enclosure.
  4. Tighten both mounting post nuts evenly to 45 inch pounds.
  5. Follow instructions and properly mount plunger arrival sensor to lubricator.
  6. If your sensor is already wired to transmitter skip to step 12.
  7. Cut cable (if needed) to proper length.
  8. Attach to supplied TMCX type explosion proof fitting using instructions provided with fitting.
  9. Please be aware of 24 hour drying time!
  10. Thread TMCX type fitting into transmitter and tighten.
  11. Connect wires from arrival sensor to input wires in receiver red to red, white to white, black to black using supplied connectors.
  12. Hook up battery and replace cap.

    Move to Controller
  13. Mount receiver to highest possible position with line of sight to transmitter.
  14. Cut cable (if needed) to proper length.
  15. Wire receiver to controller. Red wire to power, white wire to counter/plunger input, black to common.
  16. Recheck wiring Do Not hook up receiver incorrectly. It may be permanently damaged
  17. Test sensor.
